Need Wheel Spacers but not sure which ones

Ok so with the PA performance A-arms and K member I chose I have one problem. When Im about 80% to 100% fully turned (i realize my verb-age sucks but say I turn left the back of the drivers side tire rubs the A-arm). Make sense? thus basically what size wheel spacers do I need? One inch, 1.5 etc? I'm running stock 17x8 245/45 rims/tires on an 02 GT.
Thanks

Also which brand? H&R or AM?
Lastly will they work on a factory 17x8 wheel? If not why?

Wheel spacers should work with all wheels...I honestly would get ones that bolt to your current studs then have other studs to bolt your wheels too...the ones that just slide in behind your rims I have heard can cause your lug nuts to come loose and wheel to fall off cause your lug nuts don't get as much threads in them to hold them on. Not sure on which to get...

Just looked them up...the billet aluminum ones (I'm guessing am's brand) does not fit stock wheels...go with h&r

Re: Need Wheel Spacers but not sure which ones

you dont want to stick your front wheels out very much, you dont want them sticking out from under the stock fenders either.

take the rim width and subtract the back spacing from it. The number you get should be around 3 inches give or take a bit (2.80-3.10 etc)

03 cobras have rack limiters so they cant turn the wheel enough to rub or they would also rub. They have a 17x9 with a 3.10 front spacing~

Re: Need Wheel Spacers but not sure which ones

Ok so i bought two sets on 1.25inch hubcentric wheel spacers and yes the front wheels looked retarted spec, however I belive a 1/2 inch would do it some good and will hopefully allow me to clear my a-arms, but even if it doesn't it will give me a little bit more room to take turns until I throw some 18s on eventually.
