6 speed swap

thinkin bout doing a 6 speed swap, i was wondering if anyones done this and if so how hard it is and what all parts other than the tranny you need. thanks

No point just the price for a tranny is high and no shop really wants to do it due to how hard it is

+...2? If the existing 5 speed is in working order, its value weighs against the 6 speed's cost. Not to mention Cobras? Last time I checked they are 4.6's with 6 speeds. Same bolt pattern. What says this is such a tough project?

my exact thoughts on the project. i bought my car straight out and want to build it. id rather spend money on performance parts for my paid off car then i would a car payment.
