Idles super rough

My mustangs been idling pretty rough lately. When I crank it and leave it in park it seems fine but when I put it in gear it starts sputtering every couple of seconds, kinda feels like a misfire. When I drive it it's not seeming to be bad l if I accelerate slow and not over 2k it's kinda hard to tell with the x-pipe, if I mash it its super rough. I just replaced the IAC sensor my thoughts are either spark plugs or MAF sensor, any ideas before I cut a hole in my pocket?
