T-45 Rattle Help!!

Alright gents, I took the bellhousing off my t45 to replace the bearing retainer that got scarred up by a bad TOB, put it back together, new 03-04 Cobra clutch , flywheel, Ford pilot and TOB Dex/merc111 fluid (3.2l) and there is a rattle/knock at idle! Goes away when i push the clutch or raise rpms above idle.
What could have gotten loose when I removed the bellhousing?
thanks

I know you said you replaced it, but it sounds to me like a throw out bearing, did it seem to fit snug?

Re: T-45 Rattle Help!!

TOB moves freely on the shaft. I removed the cable and pushed the bearing away from the PP and the noise is stll there. Conversely I tightened my clutch cable until there was quite a bit of pre-load on the TOB and noise was the same.
It is a rattle with some almost knocking. putting some pressure on the shifter towards gear quietens a bit, leading me to believe it is internal. Tranny was perfect prior so im thinking something got loose.
sorry for the length of the reply!
thanks for all help
