Awh, when did this happen?

I would say that the miles, previous maintenance, and overall condition of the car matters most. If cars have exactly the same miles, were meticulously and equally maintained, etc..
A '99-'04 GT will have more HP, better MPG, and, well. Be newer.
A '94-'95 GT will have the solid pushrod 5.0l with more availability of parts, and be cheaper than the New Edge. Anything other than that is pure preference and opinion.

I'm partial to the '94-'95 5.0. I like how they look, how they sound, how they operate, how they feel, and the price I have acquired everything for mine.

Look in your area and find the best car in your price range.
Best of luck

I agree.. The 99-04 is not light years beyond a 94-95 performance wise. Remember the 4.6 is the same size as a push-rod 428BB, hence the need for more hp..

Sucks about your car, man.
What are you doing with it? Keeping/parting out? Or are they taking it?

The '95 w/ 306 sounds awesome.
6,000 seems high, unless the car really is flawless.

Tell them you want to buy it back...it's usually less than 10% of what they are gonna give you. So I ur gonna get 3783 for it they will give you around 3300-3400 and the car and you can pull ur mods, part the car and junk what doesn't get taken and make 250-300 when u junk it! It's worth it bro!

But if u do like I said you will come out on top!!! Get you another 94-95 5.0 and move all your upgrades to it...part it out and then junk it....you will come out ahead I'm tellin you. It could be less than what I said...when my neon got hit they said If they totaled it out they would sell it to me for 3% of the value....it was worth over 5000$ at the time..
