Good deal on cowl hood?

I've always wanted a cowl hood and I found some guy in Craigslist that will trade me his cowl for my stock hood and I put money on top 200 bucks to be exact. Both hoods are in good condition just both have rock chips. First one is my hood others are his cowl.

Personally, I think he should almost pay you. Your OEM Ford hood is probably worth more than that cowl hood, but I could be wrong.

I'll see lol you guys got me thinking. I was just basing it off tht those hoods are like 450+ without paint. And I've seen these oem hoods on Craig's go for anywhere from 150-250

I don't think it's a good deal with the dmg it has there at the top of the cowl....I'm buying one straight up for under 200....and I can get one brand new for 325...

Make sure it fits good because I have seen some crappy aftermarket hoods that shouldn't be put on a car let alone a mustang!!
