You don't even need to tape off your tires it peels right off. A tip to save you a little time.

1st coat light. 2nd-final coat heavy. Don't wait more than a few mins between coats.

I dipped my rims months and months ago and they all look new except for one.

When it stops raining I'll go take a few.
It's the spray paint can it says truck bed liner spray.
It works really well and is very tough I like it a lot better than the plastic dip just my opinion.
Once a spot starts coming up off your wheels it very hard to spray that one spot to make it all match again I got tired of that and figured it goes in truck beds so it's made to be treated rough.

I painted my 91 jeep Cherokee COMPLEATLY in truck bed liner. It could bounce off a tree without a scratch lol.

Haha yea man it's amazing tuff. I got tired of plastic dip peeling around the lip of the rim and it was hell trying to fade the part that peeled back to match the plastic dip that was already there. So I figured truck bed liner would be super tough.

Don't do the rims In direct sunlight when its 80 + degrees out . If u do the spray starts to dry as soon as it leaves the can giving you a snow flakey look on the rim.
