Mustang gt wont go over 30

Ill be in first then take off it sounds like its straight headers and it happens in every gear and it starts to get hot what can it be help me please

Exhaust leak and loss of back pressure I have no clue what are your rpms doing? Check the exhaust and maybe your clutch is slipping if you have a stick

Have you checked your coolant? Is it misfiring at all? Check engine light on?

No check engine and the coolant is dirty brown

Check the cats also. A clogged cat can cause these symptoms.
