AC removal?

My AC isn't charged so it doesn't work. I've been thinking about removing the AC. Does it actually help performance out at all if removed?
I'm putting on new bullet aluminum underdrive pulleys so I was wondering if it'd be wise to take it out at the same time.

about 40lbs off, slightly better airflow/cooling temps since the condenser is out of the way. this will make your underdrive pullies more noticeable since even less drag . by itself doesn't do so much.

But removing plays no part with the heat correct. I don't plan on driving it in the winter anyway.

My ac went out 2 years ago, so I removed it and installed the ford racing AC delete kit from
Dallas mustang. I've had no problems with my heat, Still works fine.
