Did you pass your last Cali emissions? If you did I wouldn't worry bout it. 96 & 97 GTs had 6. Yep, 6. 99 and up had 4 according to research. Aftermarket systems eliminate the extra resistance while still meeting emissions by reducing number of CATs to 2 while increasing under car clearance making it more friendly to lowering... and more. Cali is a different story, I don't know Cali rules on emissions.

Well I bought the car like 2 weeks after they guy I bought it from smogged it, so I didn't have to smog it. Yea I see tht I just scrape a bit but not much. Cali is the mother of emissions restrictions you can't touch ure exhaust here but I choose not to follow the rules

Here's what I found on Cali smog checks.

Cars Six Years Old and Newer
If your vehicle is six years old or newer, you will be charged an annual smog abatement fee when you register your vehicle, rather than being required to provide smog certification.

No prob. Is your car tuned? If so are you passing with downstream sensors turned off? According to research, Cali does not put cars on rollers anymore due to fraud. Emissions are checked at the PCM. Tuners clean up emissions for you on Pre programmed settings.

No Its not well at least I don't think so. I have no idea what downstream sensors are.
