99-04 stock mustang in 13's?

I recently picked up a 99 mustang gt 4.6 2v 5 speed bone stock.. Took it to the track was running 14.6's , then 14.40's, then 14.20's.. All in high 90's mph.. Later in the evening I hit a 13.97 at 103 mph.... My buddie told me that's like un herd of. It's bone stock! No bolt ons at all or flash programming. Thought I would share this info to see if anyone else has been in the 13's with a stock 99-04 gt.. Also what are some good bolt ons? I've herd the block will only hold 450 hp.. Turbo or supercharger? Price doesn't matter! Let me know what ya got from head to toe and what ya run.... Thanks

We never had either, I doesn't look like their has been any bottom end work, factory gasket and stock oil pan.. My buddie said it might have the ford racing P.i. Lower intake plenum and p.i. Cylinder heads.. Were gonna run some stamping #s and see what we got.. But still not shabby for a 2v 4.6

I have a 04 Mach 1 and so far, my best is 13.9 w/street tires. I'm still working on my launch. I got a 2.2 on the 60ft on this run and was looking good but got a block from 3 to 4. I really think I would have been mid 13's if I could have had a smooth shift to 4th. I'll get where this car should be here soon. At least it's fun trying!

The Mach's are 4v. So it's up to me to get it closer to 13 flat not the cars fault LOL.

Nope, only the Cobra's the stock subframe connectors and Tokico shocks/struts make a big difference compared to Mustangs I've had in the past. They come w/the same brakes as the Cobra's too.

not to bash... but slips or it didnt happen. not saying you didnt, but I have a hard time believing you did too. what was your altitude? what was the weather? what tires are you running?

and to shift at 5500 and chirping the tires too. IDK to me something isnt adding up.

Re: 99-04 stock mustang in 13's?

if you can chirp in third, on a bone stock new edge gt... your tires suck. im just saying. chirping is a lack of traction, so for those who like it, more power to you. me personally, traction is key.

I'll post video when I run next fri night.. Tires are g force drag radials 255/60/16.. I swear it's bone stock.. no bolt ons.. All that has been done is someone b4 I owned the car welded in mufflers.. Still has cats.. It doesn't look like the gear has been replaced, or anything like that... I'm in dis believe as everyone else.. I'm not bull****ting.. After talking to people, there's no way it's stock, it's got something done... But I'll post pics and videos, you tell me if it's stock..
