I Was wondering what would be better to get for more HP! The sct tuner or sct chip

I would like to know the something I been looking at these custom chips that are suppose to be pretty bad I'm leaning towards custom chip but let me know on how you make out

Right now I'm leaning towards the tuner after reading some trends about how chips have ben messing up tranys it got me away from chips I've also read that tuners r better for 99+ mustang

ignore a chip dont use one, those are for older cars that cant use tuners, for 96+ go with a tuner 100%
