Need assistance

So for about a day or two now my front passenger wheel area has been making a flicking noise like your holding a card up to a fan and letting it flicker and also it makes a bad vibration as well at times. Can anyone help?

Hmm check you brake calipers and pads to see if there all down and tight and jack up that end of the car and spin the tire to see if you can pinpoint it
