Re: cold air intake

if it is a kn filter you can buy the recharge hit from kn to cleanin it. It comes with the cleaner and the oil to spray on it after it dries. Thats what I use and it I do it ever 2nd old change or when it gets dirty because its not a daily driver. Just depends on the environment you drive in, for example, if you have to drive down a dirt road everyday or etc. Then the filter might need a cleaning more often then someone that doesnt drive in a dirty environment.

Not trying to hijack but can I use the k&n cleaner on my bbk so I can get it from autozone and not have to order it from a website?

As long as it is a reuseable filter and it similar to the kn then yes you can use it and pick up at autozone. Ive usethe kn recharge kit on the spectra and the blue reusable filter (bbk maybe?)and it worked great but as long as it as a reusable filter filter only which most CAI come with anyway....at least thats what the kn rep told me when I saw him at a car show one time, although he wanted me to buy his filter lol.
