You could I looked into that but the 5.4 is taller and wider than the 4.6 and I don't know about the six speed but it would be a tight and costly fit I would go with a EFI 5.0 and a t-5 loads of aftermarket support that's my opinion

Fuel injected 302 Windsor found in the fox body mustangs and 94 I think 95 but I believe 94 was the last year of the 5.0 theirs plenty of info on them and the swaps but if you have a 4.6 their really is no need for the swap unless you got the money to burn

A 5.4 is a tight fit, you would need to get a new hood as well. I know a couple of people have done that swap on here. A 5.0 swap is a waste of money because you would need a whole new K-member, computer, and a bunch of other stuff to do a swap like that.

I knew it was 94 or 95 I couldn't remember and personally if you have the 4.6 I would just tinker with that and hop it up their great motors eather way you go it's gonna be costly If you just want so bolt on power I would go with Mabe a set of heads a good cam and a supercharger that's what I would do if you just want a little more horses under the hood so you don't have a stock car currently I'm working on a 434 swap in my fox body was thinking about a 440 but that's too much over bore for a daily driver I already have a 351w out my old f150 now just gotta build it I'm going for 800 hp that's with the nitrous and I get the beauty of EFI

If you wanna stay N/A then a Trick Flow top end kit. Otherwise buy a Vortech, cheapest way to make decent power.
