trading bumpers

ok so heres my story, i live in el paso tx, i been looking to buy a saleen rear bumper for my cobra for a long time now. I posted an ad on my local CL to see if i got lucky and find one for cheap. Someone over across the state saw my message and he wants to trade me his saleen bumper for my cobra rear bumper. he doesnt want to meet halfways cause he says he doesnt have a truck, so my question is, is there a safe way to trade things thru the mail? like do greyhound, fedex,or ups offer some kind of process, for instance receive his bumper and then give him mine? if you have done this before please help a brother out, i dint want to get rip off, thanks guys

I don't know man. It doesn't cost much to rent a truck for the day. I would meet for the trade to avoid getting scammed.

I've traded rear bumpers before. We drove our cars to a midway point then pulled them off there and traded. Only takes about five minutes to pull one

Thts like over 150 of gas... If you really want it and can't buy it cheaper than everything you're doing to get it then go for it
