Spark plugs fowling

Just changed out all my plugs and I'm already having a misfire. What could be causing them to fowl out like this, only had them in for a little less than a month.

Burning oil too much gas or water. Are you sure it's fowling out or is it just missing on that cylinder? Need more details on this

I'm not sure if it's a particular cylinder.

Does your engine light turn on saying it's a misfire on a certain cylinder that's how mine was (03gt) if so then you probably have a vacume leak somewhere go through and make shure all your coil packs are plugged in I missed one the first time and be sure everything is plugged in and connected but the computer should tell you what cylinder that's missing or your coil pack could have came unplugged I've had that problem to
