best bang for buck

Alright so I've sold my pickup and am looking to put a little money into my 98 gt stang 2-3k what's the best HP gain for my money? No nitrous

current mods include:
4.10 gears,
bassani ofroad xpipe no cats,
msd ignition kit,
steeda underdrives pullies,
steeda short throw,
upper and lower control arms,
lowered and on nitto radials, ideas anyone?

Basic bolt ons like CAI, larger throttle body, and defiantly an sct tuner!!! Make all your mods come to life!

If 2-3k means the loot you can spend then heads cam and intake will do more then anything!..

I agree, I bought my trick flow heads fully CNC ported with comp cams for like 2700 and that was the best mod I did but i did the work myself. Then I would do what Topgear said and get the basic bolts on with tuner.

Before I upgraded the heads I did cams alone and it made a difference.

If you don't mind me asking where did you get the heads from? I have been looking at my options for heads I like the trick flow's but haven't seen them that cheap , especially being ported and coming with cams , that is a great deal !

Heads and cams would be a nice upgrade, but for 2-3K you can get a used blower kit and far surpass anything that just heads and cams will give you

It was a local speed shop that I bought the heads from but the cams didnt come with them though, sorry for the misunderstanding. The heads to be sent off somewhere they used to get ported. I bought the cams from COMP CAMS which is located in Memphis, which I think I paid 500 give or take cant remember.
