If anyone has tried to find if this will work the answer is yes. And not only that I used a Romeo block from crown vic po int car and my Windsor top end. Did the swap due to bad rod bearing. All I needed other then gasket kit was Romeo 6 bolt pattern flywheel since Windsor block had 8 bolt crank pattern

Are you refereeing to a PI swap ? Cause that's a npi block with PI heads
