Several kits out there. Procharger has a few from basic to advanced. Checkout americanmuscle.com.

Its the kit to adapt the blower from a 4 valve to a 2 valve, if you have the cash get a twin screw though.

You can find anything from just a headunit all the way to complete intercooled kits. It's all up to what you want

Just watch how much boost u throw at ur car with that many miles.. A friend blew up a 98 cobra with a pro charger by throwing 12 pounds of boost at it and never doing anything to the bottom end

Well if you piece together a kit you could get away with 2-3k, CodyNelson knows a lot better than me cause that's exactly what he did.

Re: Supercharger

No. The eaton is extremely inefficient without an intercooler, plus you would have to buy the adapter kit to make it mount up. Ive seen a couple different GTs with the cobra blowers and they make alot less power than Kenne Bell or Centrifugal style blowers. Both I saw were at 10psi and only 340hp

No cobras are built inside for that thing gt arnt as strong they also come with dual overhead cams and the heads on those things are huge big difference in a gt and cobra one you past the heads and up

But if you had the money I always figured if you can get some stinger pistons and complete cobra heads and everthing .else that is different up top on a cobra it would the.same but then to I've seen Kenny Bell gt smoke a cobra

No the cobra one isnt the cheapest. You can find centrifugal (procharger, vortech, paxton) kits for 3000 or less. You have 260 at the flywheel. Like 220 at the rear wheels. With a blower you will be at least 350

And you will have a hard time finding a complete turbo kit for less than 4000

I've been trying to justify a 4800$ polished Kenne Bell over a Vortech setup, guess in the then end it will be about 3000 extra if I go with KB.

I think you may have justified it for me, thanks.

Just FYI...I beat kenne bell GTs all day. There is a KB GT here that puts 10 more horsepower than me and I pull him on the top end every time. These centrifugal blowers are the ****

Before you decide you really should think about where you want your power band to be , future mods, etc, etc. all supercharges force in air just in different ways , IMO one's not really better than the other your just paying for the efficentcy and design. A KB and vortech can have the same power #'s it's supporting mods and driver that wins races
