head swap help!!!

i found a pi swap for my 98 gt on CL for 300, it has the intake, heads, cams, fuelrails with 24# injectors, and valve covers, my question is that all i will need for the swap other than gaskets?
also will it need to be tuned?
and how hard is the job to do? is it a driveway job for a weekend or what? thanks in advance guys!

Doubt the 24 lb injectors will work out though. Should need a tune to compensate due to A/F ratio issues.

Yes Definately get a tune. No matter what it would benefit you.
