PLUGS AND WIRES

so i have the 32v swap in my gt i pulled plugs todays and they wer saturated with oil... Is there a problem? i took them out and cleaned them also the wires im use to would click onto plugs i notice these just have some sort of spring inside im guessing the just rest on top of plug and the cover keeps em pressed down? this my first gt so my knowlege is low sorry.... I was a 4cyl turbo guy before so thx for any info or pointers

Thats first thing i thiught of ut tje wires arent covered in oil it the spark part of plug..... Still the gasket
