How hard is it to install lowering springs?

if your installing new springs then under an hour...if you're cutting your stockers add another 30 ish minutes to that as long as you have a good disk on your cutting wheel.

remember long handle wrenches and PB blaster are your friends lol

The fronts for me were easy the backs not so much. I couldn't get any of the bolts off to lower the control arms in the back. So I got a compressor and that did the job. About and 1-1/2 to do it all after the car was in the air.

How did you preload the suspension on a lift?

It wasn't on a lift just on jack stands and preloaded with a floor jack.
