Camahafts? Help

Looking for the long duration and high lift cam. What's the biggest you can use on stock heads and stock valve springs? If its less than 275/275 dur and 500/500 lift what head set up will I need to run..

I got away with the Stage 2 extreme energy cam by comp cams on stock stuff...had no issues. I can get a link to the exact one if you want me too...

Comp 270s are about as big as you wanna go on a stock setup

These are the ones I went with first and used stock springs, and just a tuner with a tune from bama and had no issues what so ever. But if I were to go back and do it all over again I would have bought the bee hive springs and replaced them though.
