Re: Badge Dilemna

Thanks for replies.

24.99 Each at LMR.

The new style I couldn't get for less than 120/2.

Shipping was free.

No way I could have left the Cobra badges on, that was just flat wrong.

So in the end for me this was cheapest.

Re: Badge Dilemna

Thanks Torch!

I like it too.

I like the way you have the black accent colors on yours, looks tough!

Thanks... Gotta compensate for lack of power. Lolz

I tried to keep a good balance of red with black accents... Some people tend to over do it.

Turns out both parts for damage so they sent out some new parts.

Fitment was the same as the last.... beyond horrible!

So I tape it up and I had to put an notching inside for clearance on the screw for the middle panel...nice and clean no badges. Luckily the guy canceled my order for the truck Ford Racing badge.

Now we'll see if the extra tape holds the panel to the contour of the deck lid.

A total pia, chasing around after tape and damaged pieces. I really would not recommend this part. If I had to do it again I would buy a plain deck lid, have it painted and use the flat black decal on it instead.
