I hate the badge on my front fenders on my 35th anniversary GT.

I like the honey comb panel in the back but I don't really like the GT logo.

So I'm not sure what to do.

Couple options I thought of replace the GT honeycomb panel with the plane honeycomb panel.

Replace the front fender badges with Ford racing badges.

Or do nothing.

I'm not quite sure what to do looking for suggestions or anybody else's thoughts.

Obviously those cobra badges are incorrect the guy had a them on that I bought it from.

I just realized I can just remove the gt off the back panel.

Doing that now need to settle on fender badge.

You could just take the badges off and leave it that way. Looks better IMO, nobody needs to know what you have, all they can see is it's a mustang and that its what matters.

The GT and ford logos are molded and so I'm will have to buy a new honeycomb panel so this GT panel and ford panel in the back is going up for sale.

Anyone know how to remove the rear honeycomb panels?

I don't see any fasteners on the inside of the trunk lid.

Take some high test fishing line and put behind it and work your way across it like a saw it will cut the tape. Works great

The factory panels had screws underneath the logos.

Had some 99% alcohol I have around house for cuts sprayed it on melted off the tape

And you can see from my pictures on the fitment is a flex to the new panels and they have to be pushed down that's why they're popping off for some guys looks like it's going to be a challenge adding enough tape.

99% alcohol for any adhesive. 93 won't work. I bought mine from a horse supply store online it's usually used in the animal field.

For the badges on the deck lid I use a knife and put a sheet around it and just got under the edge And they pry off really easily.

If u have a connection to some white lightning it works even better than the 99% alcohol

Going to try these old-school badges first since the other ones were like 120 bucks I might not need those that bad. These are some pretty heavy duty badges I'll say that.

Nice ride. Looks nice and clean. I've got the ford racing badge for the back on the way.

I'll snap some better pics once I attach perm.

Any tips lining up the honeycomb panel before pushing tape to paint?

Mine is a badgeless 2003 gt centennial. I love the look but am torn if I should rebadge it because the centennials are rare. This is how it looks.
