The code said primary /secondary coil d malfunction if I replaced both of them should I be clear of problems? I can go get two today . I noticed when I pulled my plugs out . I saw that the one closest to driver firewall had a little oil on it .is that ok

No book
If you don't have a book then I would get one. I always get the book for my vehicles. But you maybe able to find what you need online.
With that said if the coils have lots of miles on them then I think its a good idea anyways to change them.
The plug that looked like oil maybe left over carbon /fuel from not properly burning the mixture. Which more leans toward the coil. I would still check the plug wires and possibly change the plug to.

When i was cleaning the packs I saw that driver side pack studs were tilted towards each other and other pack they was straight up and down ? Does that mean any thing One one right is the one in question

They look the same to me but is the one on the right where the cylinder 4 wire plugs into ?

See my post above, I did mention coil d. It had oil on the plug wire boot that goes over the spark plug or where the spark plug wire goes into the coil pack ?
