Re: Allignment after drop?

yes...depending on the drop it may not be able to hit 0 camber again without the addition of camber bolts or a C&C kit, but to be honest i prefer a degree or two of negative camber since i'm more of an auto-x person..although if you plan to see drag time you'll want 0 camber for your best launches...

sorry to ramble on for so long when all you wanted was a yes or no lol

btw i usually give it 2 weeks after lowering before an alignment...this gives the car time to settle on the springs

Best response...even though it's the only one. Always give it time to settle.

Ok the owner said the springs gave somewhere between 1.5 to 2" drop. How hard to install cc plates? Will any shop align it then? This is a car I'm gonna buy this week so I'm getting all my ducks in a row.

are you having to buy C&C plates or does he have a set ready to go on there? 3 or 4 bolt?

Ah..luckily install just involves minor drilling. There are write ups i would asume on AMs website where they sell C&C plates if you wanted to see pics

Re: Allignment after drop?

it may align and it may not, depends on the drop and if you are lucky. Also some shops will do their best and say "its good" when it may not be within stock specs. Also who says stock specs are the best for wear? regardless you probably will need caster/camber plates or something else to allow for fixing the alignment issues that dropping the car gives
