i have a 03 gt auto wanna change it to 5 speed any certain trans i need?

If you go use the search feature there should be plenty of threads explaining what all out need. Basically you need ECU, tranny, pedal assembly, driveshaft, crossmember, and the other stuff Slow2V mentioned.

Suspension: IRS swap with stock cut 03 Cobra springs

Just bought a "swap" kit on eBay from a mustang salvage yard in Georgia, all parts from a stick car included. Hope to start the swap in a few days. As for help on the internet, there doesn't seem to be squat on this particular project....

It should be pretty straightforward. The hardest part is the pedals I believe
