lol i wouldn't call any of the import guys i know ricers. though they might have a roof rack or a toy on the rear...they do run built engines that give local stang guys trouble. They just like a different style car from us and i can respect that 100%

When I got my stang I was shopping for a stang, f-body, or a 300zx, and the best that I found was the one I have now.

I was thinking once I get some smoked cobra and smoked fog housings, I would get 55w 6k heads and 35w 10k fogs. I cant decide if it would look unique and cool, or stupid.

I have 5k 35w on my GT w 3k for the fogs, IMO I like the look, although the 3k yellow isn't yellow enough I'm planning on buying yellow tint to put over the fogs along with the 3k yellow to make
It stand out more...

Is the 10k to bright? or would 10k fogs and 8k heads look good?

Here's a good chart that shows the difference between the heats. The K stands for Kelvin, which is the most accurate temp measurement they have since 0K is absolute 0 where the molecules can't move. 10K is technically 10,000Kelvin (very hot) and it changes the color like how when the temp of a fire changes so does the color. The watts change the brightness, so 55w is brighter than 35w. I hope this was a good explanation of how HID lights work.

I have yet to see anyone try the white heads with the blue fogs, I think I will try it one of these days just to be a little different.

Re: HIDs on headlights

Also keep in mind 55w lights will wash out the color so..an 8k in 55w will look like a 6k and so on.

I'm having a tough time ordering.
I'm so lost.
Do I need the harness? Eliminator?
Can someone do it for me and send the link please?
Is 55w better than 35w?
I want 6k or 8k.
