20's on a Mustang?

I recently bought a 96 gt . It has 20 inch rims? But it has a couple issues besides the rims. When I first start it up the steering wheel shakes and somethin is goin on underneath that I can feel with my foot. Clutch? Flywheel?
The entire time driving I can feel some kind of grinding thru the floor board.
And also there is a whining noise , sounds like its coming from the rear end.
Thank u for any help

The shaking on start up could be bad engine mounts. Does the whining noise sound only do it when driving or all the time?

Well I noticed its only when im givin it gas. The noise goes away when I take my foot off the accelerator. But it doesnt sound like the fuel pump type of whine. It sounds like its the rear differential but it wouldnt make sense cuz it only happens when I accelerate.
Thx

Go with 17's or 18's. I've owned both 17's and 18's and I like 18's better since their a little bigger and fill gaps tht you have. 17's are just a tad too small for me I've owned 17 inch cobras and Bullitts and 18 inch roush and fr's and like 18's better.

I say get a cheap set of OEM rims from Craigslist and go downtown and put some used tires on them. You'll be 300-400 into it, but you can get most of that back and it will get it off those god awful rims that are on it now, and you can figure out if the problems are rim related. Then you have time to figure out the exact rims you want.

Yours is tastefully done. Go new edge down and do that and it just doesn't work out good.
