Thanks, this is just an idea but I'm thinking about making a system that will bring cool dense air to the filter through fender well without having to buy another intake. I have a few ideas that don't include flexible tubing lol

I'm thinking out of the air here... Maybe something in the fender well the points air up to the opening in the top of the fender, that opens to the engine compartment near the stock air box area. You could use the light weight 4" plastic tile. It would not be seen in the fender. It would take 2 elbows and a short section that you may need to cut shorter so the whole thing doesn't show down low.

Checkout this flexible 4" piece. It's 21" long, so this may work by itself...
Attachment 73084

Link to Lowe's part

You just need to figure out how to secure the pipe. Lol, don't laugh, I think I might try this

Good idea and holding the hose in there won't be hard, I'm sure I can figure something out. The flex tube scares me though but it might be alright since it's just caring secondary air instead main air supply.

It does man it really does, but I know going FI things have to be just right ESP with the type of setup I have. I know in the long run it will be worth it.

Alrighty guys I need some help and its going to be long so here goes.
We are still having a issue with cyn 5 acting up. The compression and leak down test was normal, cyn is getting fire and fuel. I have 60lbs injectors with a KB BAP. The heads are fully CNC ported with a SCT MAF and 75mm TB. New plugs with .030 gap and new coil but the problem is only on crusie speeds but WOT it does fine. All the test that you can do have been done other then checking the vac, which they are going to do here shortly. Not really sure where to go now, any suggestions are welcome.
