Clutch Pedle hard to push down?

I have an 02 GT when I push down the clutch it is beyond hard... My leg is sore the next day and i know I'm not THAT weak haha. It sounds like the throwout bearing is going bad to a winding sound. Any way to reduce the tension in the peddle or is it the Clutch itself?
Thanks-

Its possible that the cable is stretched

Naw, input shaft needs to be greased. Get some high temp grease that will last longer under high temp.

Clutch is only as easy as the Tob is to move along the shaft.

When my clutch got to hard to push the cable snapped. Check the cable. Unless you have noise, then probably the tob.
