New buy: Opinions?

I have been looking around a bit to add a new DD since my '99 is getting up there with just rolling over 209k. I found this '04 fairly close to me. Any thoughts, concerns, or comments?

The KBB has the same car going for about $13,000!... Looks like this one is from a dealership so you should be able to talk them down a couple grand!.. And it looks like a clean car to me!.. If you can go and check it out in person, and if it's really clean, I'd go for it!..

It looks good to me, kbb tends to be a little optimistic, so seeing one for 11,000 doesn't strike me as weird. In my experience if the interior is clean, then you're good. If they can't keep where they sit clean, then they can't keep up with maintenance. In general.

This car does look sharp. Looks like its lowered. Checking that out would be my only concern. Was it done right with new lowering springs or were the springs cut? Nice find!
