From a dig i say you will come out ahead due to the crappy 2.73s in the auto. Not sure if there is an optional gearvratio on the autos. From a roll who knows. Make sure to record

I thought the 12's came with 311 hp? 11's came with 305? Maybe im wrong who cares. You'll beat him I figure. Your best chance is off the line tho. The new v6 engines lack it more on the line. Rolling is where they are strong. High end strong.

That is I you are a good driver.

Look up the Power to weight Ratios of each car, that's an easy way to tell.

I've edged out a friends 2011 V6 with my car!.. And all I've got is basic bolt ons and a tune!.. Plus instead of weight reduction I've gone with weight addition (aka two cars seats in the back seat)!.. Lol Also just to throw this in there, the late great Carroll Shelby said it best, "Torque wins races!.. HP sells cars!.." Our cars are rated at 302 lbs of torque straight out of the factory!..

In short, if you can't beat him with your car then you don't deserve to drive it!... Lol
