I'd rather lose in a V8 then win in a 4 banger

I love my car but I'm also a huge fan of evo's if I had to get a 4 cylinder it would be a Evo. They look amazing to me And can be made super fast.

I would do the same. I've got a buddy with one who just bought a new turbo today sadly the minuscule chance of me keeping up with him just went out the window

Eh when I was car shopping last month i had my choices down to either a 2012 Evo, 2011 STI, or 2011 WRX. I didn't like the way the EVo drives. It seemed like it lunges when you drive it. I thought I had enough time to cross traffic on my test drive and it just bogged and fell on its face. I guess you have to put some revs in it just to pull out. The interior wa pretty cheap and boring too. I ended going with the 2011 WRX. Spent about 10k less than if I would've bought the other two. And the WRX is quicker than the STI. STI jut had better suspension an a more aggressive tune.

The WRX is also a great car. Idk I have just always love them evo's I never drove one so I can't say my opinion on how they drive. So the Evo didn't compare to the subra's?

Yeah I just didn't like how they drove. I had Mitsu guys telling me that the Subaru is much more dependable than the EVo also. I'm happy with my choice.

I didn't think I needed to clarify that my mustang is faster then a stock evo. I'll run down some modded ones too... Before long.

Yeah he's making me jealous, that's for sure. Now I kinda want a turbo for my car. I can get him off the line, because he's too scared to launch his car.

I passed on buying a WRX instead of my mustang. I didn't like that the nearest Subaru dealer was 150 miles away. But now we have a dealer here, so FML

Haha that was the exact same logic that my co-worker used to justify buying a WRX when for the past year he was saying he wanted an STIs and he wouldn't settle for a WRX.

Luckily I purchased my mustang when I graduated high school when I was 18 so luckily it has been paid off for a little while and it has been my 2nd car since I bought it. Now that I'm 25 and have my crap together, I sold my '96 GMC Jimmy to get the WRX. I wanted a 4 door sporty awd car. It is a great "family" car.

I understand man, everyone has there own style. If we all like the same thing it would be very boring! Could you Imagine everyone in the same year same color mustangs? I love mustangs and I have always had a thing for the Evo.

I like the cars but don't like it when they are slammed and people go all crazy on them. I like simple, tasteful appearance mods. The first Evo X in the other set of pictures is probably the nicest one. I don't like the snow plow on the front of the other white one.

Along with just about everything! the torque he's putting out with AWD he would beat almost anybody's daily driver off a dead stop start.

I think that most people who grew up playing racing games are going to like the Evo and Subaru. They may not be the first 4 door I would buy, but they are pretty far up the list.

Lol yea the game part is true. But my sister had a Lancer (not a Evo) lowered on 17s an its what made me really like them. I'm not a fan of many cars like this type I much rather a new mustang over a new Evo but I would love to own both.

Yeah I passed a new '13 GT today and I was like "damn... I could've bought one of those.". But then I remember how much easier it is with the WRX when I'm carrying my son in his car seat in one hand, and a diaper bag and a cooler in my other hand to just open the back door and put them all in the back.
