Need Adviced

Have an 02 gt and every now and then 3rd gear grinds every time I shift and won't stop unless I let the car cool down. Only happens in 3rd gear though I've though about the syncro but don't know how hard to change any other suggestions what is could be?

The guys in the mach1registry.org forum swear by Lucas Transmission Fix for the TR-3650 transmission for shifting smoothness and helping the synchro's. Putting it in my tranny in the next week or two.

They also stay with mercon V or Mobil 1 ATF. I personally tried Royal Purple and it was awful with the synchros. I had troubles getting into all the gears. I think RP is great stuff, just not for the Tremec TR-3650.
