It increases shifting performance. Your tranny will shift into gears faster. This is supposed to be better for your tranny, but usually, you just floor it more so you can hear your tires chirp when it shifts gears.

The valve bodies are only up to 01 for GTs but the shift kits go up to 04 for the GTs.

I have a buddy that use to have a GT with one. It shifted like a manual! And gave him better 1/4mile times.
