The Vortech HO kit comes with a 3.33 pulley. I had a 2.95 pulley and was making 449rwp/404tq When I started driving the car more i put a 3.125 pulley and it made 429rwp/400tq. The funny thin is that it made 7 more ft/lbs of torque upto 4500 with the larger pulley. This was all with stick Bottom end.

I have switched to a smaller pulley. I went from a 3.33 pulley to a 3.12 pulley. I also replace my stock tensioner. I went from around 8psi to right at 11psi. I don't have any actual numbers for you, but after getting a new tune from my tuner he said that I am sitting around 410hp and 425tq at the wheels. The swap made a nice difference. On top of the extra psi I now build boost around 800rpms sooner

Those numbers are up from the 370/380 I put down about 6 months ago
