Building a 4.6

How much top end work will be needed to add a 75mm throttle body + a bigger throttle body housing to a 4.6 to make it run right ? I bought the car this way , just trying to find out some info if I can .

I don't think it'd be wise to build a motor around a tb. You need one that will work with your heads/ cams/ and intake. Talk to a reputable engine builder.

Well really without any background you would be best to tear it down to be certain. I mean the best you can do is take the valve covers off and check if there are cams, but other than that your in the dark. A stock plenum won't benefit from a 75mm throttle body. There are many selections out there. What direction are you wanting to go?
