Radio help????

Have a 96 gt with Mach 460 sound, only the tweeters work????? Do these models have factory amps? Any ideas?

There should be 2 if you look in the trunk. Under the speakers in the rear. May be covered by a plastic housing.

Do you have an aftermarket head unit? if so make sure the red and white aux cord to the subs are hooked up! i forget to plug mine back in last time i did some stereo work and the amps got no signal so only the tweeters worked!

2 amps one under your radio and one by your 6x9s.

Make sure they're plugged in back of radio. Little square black bout 1/2 by 1/2"

I have the mach 460 and my tweeters only work as well, found my amps in the trunk, long story short , I have a leak in my vert, the plastic housing was ripped open somehow, and my amps were wet and shot, booooo

Damn man... Anyone know where he can find some new factory amps or maybe a parts car that is willing to give em up?!

I'd say your amp below stereo is good. The ones in back are bad. I only have the amp upfront which runs my tweets. Amps in back were gone and 6x9s are ran off my aftermarket stereo.

Thanks man that would be awesome, been having trouble finding them, saw a few on eBay but not a pair like I need, it's been about 3 weeks now driving around with only tweeters and it is horrible.
