HID questions

Right now I'm running some Halo projectors, but they have some really bad fitment, they do make for some good visibility and I was just wondering how well HID actually light up the road and how much some stock lights and an HID kit would cost me. Help?

Ill take a shot at this lol alot better improvement on lighting the road. And i mean alot u will benifit more from projectors too and like he said 60 bucks direct fit if only low beams. If u want dual filament it will be a pretty penny like 80 and up

Well I paid $210 for my halo projectors, so 80 or more bucks won't bother me too much especially if it's worth it

Re: HID questions

here you go buddy...the only brand i'll run in anything i've owned (yes i've run ebay and vvme kits)

http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/Ap...Raptor-HID-Kit

now i will say 99% of aftermarket projectors won't do so well with HID kits...the output is horrible...now if they were a projector made for HIDs and done in a retrofit then this would be a great upgrade.

That sounds like a great price, I'm probably just gonna buy some stock smoked lights and throw on some HIDS from that website. Not worried about projectors really. As long as they work well. Thanks man!

So on the website would I need the HID harness, error eliminator, adaptor cables and mounting brackets too? I'm going to want to do highs and lows and what bulb type would it be?

All I bought is the 55 watt raptor kit with 9007 low beam. No other cables were needed. Mine work fine

Looks like the 55w kit with what you need is $64.00. All you need is brackets(its in the price) I would assume. The harness comes with the dual high low bulb, and the error module and adaptor does not apply to the Mustang configuration. The harness is for cars with small gage wiring which we don't have.
