Do you remember if your friend had his flywheel resurfaced or just bought a new one?

Exedy Mach 400 Mustang Clutch (Late 01-04 GT, Mach 1; 99-04 Cobra) 7805 - Free Shipping!
Azure,

Great choice, Exedy makes a great product. The Exedy Mach 400 Stage 2 clutch combines an organic compound disc with a high clamp pressure plate that delivers superior durability with stock-like driveability. This is the perfect clutch for street-driven, mildly modded, daily driven Mustang. Exedy's Stage 2 clutch firms up your pedal for a sporty feel without the on-off characteristics of a true race clutch and is good to 510 ft-lbs of torque at the flywheel.

I think you'll be very happy with this set up. Let me know if you have any questions!

- Dan

Thanks Dan,

I actually decided to go ahead and purchase the Exedy stage 1 because I still have a warranty on my Mustang. This model is closer to the stock clutch and I felt I would have a better chance of maintaining my warranty status with it. The stage 1 seems like a good clutch too. I also bought the Ford Racing pilot and throw out bearings along with the clutch.

The Stage 1 is also great. Same set up just made to withstand a little bit less power. I'm confident you'll love that clutch!

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks Dan,

My order should arrive this afternoon. I'll delivery the parts to my Ford dealer Friday. I'm excited about getting my ride back next week.
