fan belt for 00 GT

I'm looking to replace the fan belt on my car, is there a name for the belt that by passes the a/c compressor?

Serpentine belt or drive belt

1996 Mustang GT, 17x9 front and 17x10.5 cobra r replica rims, 255/40/17 front 285/40/17 rear at the moment,
o/r x-pipe flow master 40 series dump downs, cai/ram intake, 75mm c&l throttle body and plenum, pi heads and intake swap, msd wires, stock gears, untuned at the moment, no dyno numbers for now.

Is there a reason you want to bypass your compressor? If you are not planning to use it and are going to remove it then ask for a bypass pulley ....your stock belt will still work this way. If just wanting to run no a/c temporary then use a string and run it on your pullies like you would a belt. Measure that string out after you ran it perfectly ....now tell the auto parts you need a belt that length in whatever rib youre running

My ac compressor locked up and can't afford to replace it right now so I just want to by pass it temporarily
