Trans Fluid and plugs

I need some advice please as I am new to Mustangs. I have a 2000 GT, auto trans. What brand do you recommend for transmission fluid and also spark plugs. I'm getting ready to change both. Thanks!

I would use Valvoline mercon 5..Im not to sure of the mulitpurpose fluid,,I would make sure its dedicated fluid,,im not sure if yours is mercon,or mercon 5,,but mercon 5 will work in both..Use motorcraft plugs,,you dont have to go to the dealer to find them..Does yours have a dipstick,,i know mine doesnt,,i have to use a hand pump to put the fluid back in,,
