Knot or ball in tire help

Hey guys I was just taking my front tires off today so I can tweak my suspension for the upcoming auto cross. When I took off my passenger side front tire I realized I have a knot or ball sticking from the inside of the tire. Should I be concerned? What caused this? Thnks

I don't think that is a good thing. That could potentially lead to a blowout. The sidewall is separating

Call the place where you got them and tell them what's going and see if they will replace it for free or even go straight to the top

I will try that but I'm guessing what they will say is like road conditions or something

I wouldn't think so beings that it's in the sidewall. It doesn't contact the road.

Damn! Sorry to hear that. Hopefully your wheels weren't damaged when it blew.

It is a delamination of the sidewall, and it is a bad thing especially on the front end; I would not drive too far or too fast on that tire--could be a manufacturing defect, could be the result of hitting something...

Don't have a lot of funds right now since I'm saving for vegas. I've been driving it but not at crazy except for the auto x.

Check pirellis web sight. They will prolly warantee it. Also check with the place who installed them. They actually coulda damaged the sidewall while putting it on the wheel. I plebe the fifth to how I know that.
