Needing some help. trans noise?

I have a weird noise from 4th and 5th gear that is a grinding kind of sound. It doesn't do it when I am going slower. I only have problems with this noise when I am going around 55-60+. Any ideas on what this could be?

Could be syncros in the tranny. If you push the clutch and don't shift right away does it still do it?

It doesnt do it when i shift. It is in the gears i guess. Shifting it is fine, it is while it is in the gear when it grinds continuously.

Is this grinding noise when your in gear moving, or when your putting it in gear?

So it's only in 4th or 5th and going ~55-60mph, that you hear the noise. You can't repeat the noise in 3rd at the same speed?
