Clock spring? Airbag prob

Bought my mustang a few months back and after some investigating I've determined it was wrecked. The cruise control and the horn don't work but the airbag light doesn't come on. I know it works because if I physically unplug my air bag the light comes on. Any ideas or input would be much appreciated. I'm thinking clock spring but could be wrong
