01 GT crate engine

My 01 GT has 250,000 miles on it and I'm thinking of buying a crate engine. My only mods are a kandn cold air intake and steeda underdrive pulleys. I want my engine to have around 400hp when i get it. I want bigger cams, forged internals, etc. Where would be a good place to order it? I've been looking online and am having trouble finding SOHC 4.6L crate engines with the mods I want. Anyone know of any websites where you can basically build your own engine? Or have a selection of forged crate engines? Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

It's gonna be awfully hard to get 400 na hp out of a 2v. I'd suggest going 4v or forced induction. Trust me, whatever power level you think is good is just the starting point

An all out naturally aspirated build to shoot for 400hp is going to be different than a proper fi build.

I would suggest researching what is recommended for each and choosing a direction now.
