Long tube headers on a 98 GT

Hey guys I'm trying to decide if I want to do the job myself? A shop I have been talking to said I would have to remove some suspension parts underneath to get them in. I know I have to move the engine up and do the drive shaft on the drivers side. Anything else I'm going to need to do? I have the stock manifolds on the engine now. Thanks for any help!!!

Drop the k-member, or just pull the engine completely.
